Job Description:

  • Were seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to optimize our sales processes drive revenue growth and enhance sales team productivity.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 1. Sales Analytics: Develop and maintain dashboards reports and metrics to measure sales performance identify trends and inform datadriven decisions.
  • 2. Process Optimization: Streamline sales processes eliminate inefficiencies and implement best practices to boost sales productivity.
  • 3. Sales Enablement: Provide training support and tools to ensure the sales team is equipped to succeed.
  • 4. CRM Management: Own and optimize our CRM system (e.g. Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy integrity and adoption.
  • 5. Sales Forecasting: Work closely with sales leadership to develop and refine sales forecasts pipeline management and opportunity analysis.
  • 6. Project Management: Lead special projects to drive sales growth improve sales infrastructure and support strategic initiatives.
  • 7. Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with crossfunctional teams including Marketing Customer Success and Product.
