- Specific Project manager responsibilities include developing detailed project plans ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- He is incharge of ensuring their teams complete all projects on time and within budget.
- Coordinating with internal resources and vendors for flawless execution of projects. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope schedule and nbsp;and cost.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as and when needed.
- Manage the relationship and nbsp;with the contractor client and vendors.
- Should have strong working knowledge in residential and commercial projects. and nbsp;
