Job Description

Position: Head of Sales Ghana and South Sudan
Region: Ghana South Sudan
Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Flexible within the region

About the Role
ambitious and dynamic Head of Sales to oversee and grow sales operations in Ghana and South Sudan. This role demands a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of diverse markets and drive exceptional performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement tailored sales strategies for Ghana and South Sudan ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Build inspire and manage a crossregional sales team to deliver outstanding results.
Expand the company s presence by identifying and securing new market opportunities in these regions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with major clients ensuring a clientcentric approach to business growth.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales strategies and offerings.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and adapt strategies to the unique business environments of each region.
Prepare and present sales forecasts budgets and performance reports to senior management.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
1. Revenue Growth: Achieve a 20000 USD increase in total sales revenue monthly in Ghana and South Sudan.
2. Market Entry: Successfully launch all services in Ghana and South Sudan within the first year.
3. Client Portfolio Expansion: Secure 20 strategic partnerships and 4 new clients annually in each country
4. Team Performance: Ensure that 80% of the sales team meets or exceeds their individual targets.
5. Cost Efficiency: Maintain salesrelated costs within 30% of budget.


Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Sales Marketing or Business; Master s degree is an advantage.
8 years of sales leadership experience preferably with a background in emerging markets.
Proven success in managing diverse teams across multiple countries.
Strong business acumen and an ability to adapt to different cultural and regulatory contexts.
Excellent analytical interpersonal and decisionmaking skills.
