The Program Coordinator is responsible for the delivery and daytoday management of projects and activities related to IEs diverse programs. This role involves serving as the main interface between students professors and various IE departments; coordinating a variety of tasks and program components managing communication flows; supporting program logistics and operations and providing support to faculty members to ensure high standards for our corporate participants.
Interaction with Students:
- Meet with students to resolve issues offer advice and/or provide support with empathy sensitivity and a professional customeroriented approach.
- Support students in the admission process managing registration applications and formalizing enrollment.
- Manage (written and oral) communications with students including all regular written communications and information points; presentations and information sessions etc.
- Use students feedback to identify ways to improve their experience with IE.
- Assist students and faculty before during and after the program.
- Interaction with Professors and Other Departments:
- Liaise with professors to plan program sessions and trips.
- Communicate with professors to resolve participants requests or support program management. Request feedback ensure timely submission of grades syllabi etc. and provide ongoing support to faculty members and teaching staff.
- Collaborate with other IE departments to ensure a successful participant experience.
Internal Development:
- Be proactive in learning internal processes platforms and tools to deliver highquality programs.
- Actively coordinate with Program Managers to distribute and align with the preparation and delivery of programs.
- Collaborate and lead crossinitiatives to help improve internal processes templates and guidelines.
- Attend to all administrative and logistical duties to ensure the smooth running of the program and department.
- Flexibility in taking on specific tasks to ensure the efficient development of the program.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors degree is preferred.
- Fluent in English and Spanish as this position requires both languages daily.
- Cultural awareness to coordinate a multinational group of stakeholders.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Detailoriented and wellorganized.
- A collaborative team player.
The candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills communication skills the ability to work under pressure and a high level of accountability.
Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.
