Role Summary
The Project Manager will lead the implementation of an Enterprise Contact Center Project managing multiple technologies and stakeholder groups. This role requires a seasoned PM who can effectively coordinate various teams and resources particularly in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee all phases of the project life cycle including initiation planning execution and closure.
- Scope Development: Define project objectives collaboratively with stakeholders and ensure formal acceptance of project scope.
- Requirements Elicitation: Validate technology solutions and gather requirements through interviews workshops and analysis.
- Team Coordination: Manage crossfunctional teams ensuring collaboration among IT Financial Services and Patient Services.
- Communication: Develop communication plans and serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders to report project health and progress.
- Budget Planning: Assist in budget preparation and ensure proper billing of project costs.
- Quality Management: Ensure project quality through regular reviews of deliverables against established requirements.

- Familiarity with healthcare IT delivery is a plus.
Preferred Experience
- Experience with NICE Contact Center or similar technologies.
- Background in Unified Communications and managing complex upgrades.
- Candidates with experience from Cisco or its partners (e.g. Presidio) are highly desirable.
