Your care and professionalism as a Registered Massage Therapist shows our guests that they are unique and valued and you will take pride in knowing that your competencies help them feel their very best.
Starting Rate: $16.55
We recognize tenure through our compensation. Hourly rates increase after six months and yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $17.55
Compensation can reflect $5570 per hour depending on services that are being performed.
Job Duties Include:
Reporting to the Massage Manager responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Consistently offers professional engaging and friendly service
- Perform alland 120 minute massage and body treatments as certified/trained to do.
- Ensure individualized guest service through acknowledging and responding to needs and expectations.
- Maintain clean and neat work environment at all times ensuring all equipment in safe working order.
- Maintain an ample supply of massage oils towels sheets and other necessary supplies in a neat and orderly fashion within the massage work area
- Maintain current professional licenses CPR First Aid.
- Participate in inhouse training opportunities in our professional product lines and extend homecare including retail suggestions to our clientele
Qualifications :
Your Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Spa preferred
- Certificate from accredited school of Body Work
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Constant standing/walking throughout shift and must be able to lift and carry 20 lbs
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):
- Lifting Under 20lbs 10% of work time.
- Pushing 35lbs pressure through wrists 80% of work time.
- Motions Bending standing reaching and working with hands arms and fingers continuously throughout workday.
- Work Environment Indoors with very limited exposure to sunlight.
