What you will be doing:
Reporting to the Director of Engineering responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Operation and maintenance of core building systems including plumbing HVAC kitchen equipment and building automation systems.
- Responding to all guest and colleague maintenance issues in a timely fashion
- Assisting other Maintenance colleagues as needed
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- A 4th Class Power Engineer Certification OR a Red Seal Trade Certification in one or more of the following trades: Appliance Service Technician; Carpenter; Electrician; Industrial Mechanic (Millwright); Instrumentation & Control Technician; Plumber; Refrigeration/HVAC Mechanic.
- A minimum of oneyear plant experience (in the last five years) working with tools and/or mechanical equipment.
- Proven history of working well and problem solving with minimal supervision.
- High level of responsibility and commitment.
- Team player with proven success in relationship building.
- Commitment to provide excellent service and exceed guests expectations.
- Completely fluent English language skills; both written and verbal.
- Clear precise professional and helpful telephone manner.
- Excellent organizational skills impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Fluency in a second language would be considered an asset.
