The Opportunity
Were seeking a motivated Corporate M&A Associate to join one of our esteemed clients in their Miami office. This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified attorney to work on highprofile business and transactional matters including mergers and acquisitions joint ventures and complex commercial transactions while collaborating with a national practice group.
What Youll Do
- Draft and Negotiate: Prepare and negotiate transactional documents for M&A joint ventures and other complex commercial deals.
- Collaborate with Clients: Work directly with clients to provide exceptional legal services and build strong professional relationships.
- Contribute to Growth: Support and help grow a nationally recognized Corporate M&A practice.
- Handle International Work: Engage in transactions involving Latin America corporate work leveraging Spanish language skills.
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: At least 2 years of business and transactional law experience including M&A and complex commercial transactions.
- Education: J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
- Bar Admission: Florida bar admission required.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent or business proficient in Spanish is required.
- Skills:
- Strong legal writing drafting and communication skills.
- Teamoriented mindset with ambition and drive to excel in a fastpaced environment.

- Corporate Expertise: Proven ability to handle complex corporate and M&A transactions.
- Client Service Excellence: Dedicated to delivering resultsoriented legal solutions for clients.
- CrossCultural Knowledge: Experience with or understanding of Latin America corporate work is a plus.
- Team Collaboration: Effective communicator and team player with a commitment to supporting and growing a national practice.
