Job Description
Potentia HR is partnering with a rapidly growing Indonesian ecommerce brand specializing in beauty care products. They are looking for an Art Director who will be working closely with the marketing product and leadership teams to create a strong appealing and differentiated brand presence.
Job Description:
- Lead and inspire the creative team including graphic designers and artists
- Develop and maintain the brands visual identity ensuring consistency across all platforms
- Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns product launches and marketing materials
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life through various media
- Oversee photo and video shoots ensuring they align with the brands vision
- Stay uptodate with design and beauty industry trends to keep the brand fresh and innovative.
- Provide constructive feedback to team members and mentor their growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director or a similar role in a creative or beauty industry
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and design skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software and tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of the beauty industry and trends is a plus
- Willing to work in Bekasi City
