Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage to oversee all F&B operations at our hotel. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences maximizing revenue and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service across our diverse restaurant bars events & conferencing facilities.
Keys to Success & Responsibilities:
- Inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Develop and implement innovative F&B concepts that drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations across all F&B outlets maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
- Manage budgets effectively optimize costs and maximize profitability.
- Cultivate a culture that prioritizes personalized service and exceeds guest expectations.
Qualifications :
Excellent communication interpersonal and time management skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize important projects
Service oriented with an eye for details
