Job Description
Job Summary:
- Design and configure networks conduct site surveys and provide handson support.
- Ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Design & Configuration:
- Design and configure networks equipment (for example: access points switches routers SD WAN PTP)
- Conduct network device setup security configurations and optimize performance.
Technical Support & Site Surveys:
- Conduct site surveys to assess network needs equipment placement and requirements.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to build BOMs perform product comparisons and complete configuration and documentation.
Security & Integration:
- Implement network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs.
- Integrate solutions with existing customer infrastructure.
Presales Technical Support:
- Provide technical support during presales engagements supporting solution design and answering technical questions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in engineering Computer Science or related technical field.
- Experience in network design configuration or related role.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. CCNA CompTIA Network CWNP).
- Strong technical skills in network security configuration and IoT deployments.
- Excellent problemsolving and communication skills
