Job Description
As a Python Lead Developer you will lead the development of scalable applications using Python and Django ensure best coding practices and collaborate with crossfunctional teams. This role involves working with cloud services like AWS or Google Cloud and contributing to both backend and frontend integration using React. Youll ensure high performance security and code quality while guiding peers through code reviews and technical documentation.
MustHaves:
- Proficiency in Python and Djangorelated frameworks and libraries.
- Solid understanding of React Framework and basic JavaScript.
- Current experience as a Software Engineer Senior Software Engineer or similar role.
- Expertise in MySQL and PostgreSQL with query optimization skills.
- Familiarity with testing tools like Django pytest unittest or similar.
- Handson experience with AWS or Google Cloud services including CI/CD and Git strategies.
- Strong knowledge of design principles coding practices and architectural patterns.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team with remote collaboration experience.
- Experience in agile environments.
NicetoHaves:
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.
- Understanding of Microservices architecture and deployment experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience in conducting peer code reviews and improving code quality.
- Documentation skills and the ability to comprehend technical documentation.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and integrate them with existing systems.
