Responsibilities:
- Accelerator Development: Design develop and maintain software accelerators to streamline project delivery.
- Ensure accelerators are scalable reusable and meet the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate accelerators into various projects.
- Identify and fix bugs early in the development process.
- Project Incubation: Lead the incubation of new projects from concept to prototype.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Adapt to changing or highlevel requirements with an exploratory and innovative approach.
- Estimation and Solutioning for RFPs: Assist in the estimation of project timelines resources and costs for RFPs.
- Provide technical solutions and strategies to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to craft compelling proposals.
- Exploratory Nature: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Experiment with new tools frameworks and methodologies to enhance project outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
