Job Description
As an Offshore Web Developer (Frontend and Backend) you ll be at the forefront of designing developing and maintaining responsive websites. Combining your frontend and backend expertise you will optimize performance manage hosting configurations and ensure a seamless user experience for our client s digital platforms.
Job Overview
Shift: UK Shift (9:00 AM 5:00 PM UK)
Work Setup: Onsite (Colombo Sri Lanka)
Your Daily Tasks
- Design develop and maintain responsive websites using Kartra.
- Work on frontend (HTML CSS JavaScript) and backend (serverside scripting database management) development.
- Manage web hosting accounts and configurations using cPanel.
- Handle website migration backups and updates on NameCheaphosted domains.
- Ensure websites are optimized for performance speed and SEO.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hosting server or functionality issues.
- Implement thirdparty integrations plugins and automation tools.
- Collaborate with teams to develop functional landing pages and campaignspecific sites.
- Perform testing and debugging to ensure crossbrowser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Monitor and enhance website security and compliance.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- Proven experience in frontend and backend web development.
- Proficiency in Kartra website creation and management (prior experience preferred).
- Familiarity with web hosting and server management using cPanel.
- Strong knowledge of domain management with NameCheap or similar platforms.
- Experience with HTML CSS JavaScript PHP and SQL.
- Understanding of SEO principles and web optimization.
- 2 3 years of experience in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science IT or related field (preferred but not required).
