Hatch Asia is exclusively partnering with a global organization within the building materials industry to help identify a dynamic Country HSE Manager to oversee and manage all health safety and environmental aspects of operations within the company at a national level.
The Challenges
- Financial Oversight & Reporting: Develop and maintain project budgets forecasts cash flows and financial reports; monitor expenditures analyze variances and prepare regular updates on financial performance and risks for senior management and stakeholders
- Cost Control & Optimization: Implement cost control procedures identify costsaving opportunities review contracts for compliance and ensure accurate project billing and cost/revenue alignment.
- Forecasting & Risk Management: Conduct detailed cost and sales forecasts update projections based on changing conditions identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Project Tracking & Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers to track milestones deliverables and timelines; assist in preparing schedules resource plans and addressing budgetrelated opportunities or threats.
- Process Improvement: Maintain accurate project documentation enhance project management processes and contribute to system improvements for greater efficiency.
- Ad Hoc Tasks & Management Support: Support management with ad hoc projects reporting requirements and ensuring all financial aspects align with organizational goals and standards.
What It Takes
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or related field; professional certifications (e.g. CPA ACCA PMP) are advantageous.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in project control or financial management preferably in manufacturing or construction with proficiency in project management software financial tools and SAP.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and documentation.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects prioritize tasks effectively and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
