The Opportunity
Were seeking a Junior to MidLevel Patent Prosecution Associate or MidLevel Patent Agent to join one of our esteemed clients Product Design & User Interface Patent Prosecution Practice Group. This position is open to multiple office locations with a preference for Atlanta Chicago Washington DC Houston Denver Kansas City Phoenix or St. Louis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cuttingedge technologies and make an impact in patent preparation and prosecution.
What Youll Do
Lead with Purpose: Prepare and prosecute patents for innovative software AI IOT networking and quantum technologies.
Analyze and Innovate: Leverage your technical expertise to draft highquality patent applications and strategies.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with crossdisciplinary teams inventors and clients to ensure successful patent outcomes.
Deliver Excellence: Apply your knowledge of physics electrical engineering and computer science to protect groundbreaking technologies.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 2 years of patent preparation and prosecution experience.
Education: Degree in physics electrical engineering or computer science required.
Skills: Strong background in one or more of the following areas:
- Softwarerelated technologies
- Artificial intelligence technologies
- IOT and networking technologies
- Quantum technologies
Certifications: - JD and admission to the USPTO required for associate candidates.
- USPTO admission required for patent agent candidates.
Mindset: Detailoriented innovative and collaborative with superb writing and communication skills.
Your Skillset
Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of relevant patent law and technical areas.
Patent Prosecution: Proven ability to draft and prosecute highquality patent applications.
Legal Drafting: Mastery in preparing patent applications claims and office action responses.
Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional ability to engage with inventors clients and team members effectively.

- Associates: $240000$290000 based on experience.
- Patent Agents: $110000$190000 based on experience.
