The Opportunity
Were seeking a Product Liability/Commercial Litigation Associate or Senior Counsel to join one of our esteemed clients in their virtual office The Link. This role is ideal for a skilled litigator with experience in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Youll work primarily with attorneys in the Technology Manufacturing and Transportation business unit handling complex litigation in the commercial and product liability spaces.
What Youll Do
Lead with Purpose: Manage all phases of civil litigation including mediation arbitration factual investigations and discovery.
Analyze and Innovate: Prepare pleadings engage in substantive motion practice and develop litigation strategies specific to Pennsylvania courts.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with clients and crossfunctional teams to deliver strategic litigation outcomes.
Deliver Excellence: Represent clients effectively in highstakes product liability and commercial litigation matters.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation within commercial and product liability spaces including Pennsylvania state and federal courts.
Education: JD with excellent academic credentials.
Bar Admission: Active Pennsylvania bar license required. Additional licensure in New Jersey or New York is preferred.
Skills: Exceptional judgment superior interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Preferred Experience: Prior judicial clerkship experience in Pennsylvania state or federal court is a plus.
