Job Description


Position: Business Development Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resultsdriven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales business development and customer relationship management. As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities building and maintaining relationships with clients and driving revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research potential clients and market segments to target for business development

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through various channels such as cold calling networking and attending industry events

Actively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and generate new business opportunities

Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction and retention

Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring profitable contracts for the company

Monitor industry trends and competitors activities to identify potential business opportunities and stay ahead of market changes

Provide regular reports on sales activities progress and results to the management team

Travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field

3 years of experience in sales business development or a similar role

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills

Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

Selfmotivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Willingness to travel for business purposes

Experience in the freelance or gig economy industry is a plus
