Job Description
As a Functional IT Analyst you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business requirements and IT solutions. You will contribute significantly to various business/IT projects by translating business needs into functional components and analyses. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with domain architects and product owners to understand and refine business requirements and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business/IT Collaboration: Work intensively with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into functional components creating clarity and structure for development teams.
- Story Mapping: Convert features into story mapping to bring structure and create a comprehensive overview of all stories.
- Iterative Refinement: Provide iterative development and detailed descriptions of functionalities to be built ensuring the team has clear actionable guidance.
- Testing & Validation: Test functionalities through system testing and control ensuring the final product meets the required specifications.
- Project Team Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners project managers architects software engineers UX designers etc. to drive successful project outcomes.
- Process Understanding: Focus on understanding documenting and improving business processes to deliver optimal IT solutions.
