Role Summary:
As a Relationship Manager you will drive sales and manage client relationships for HL and LAP products. Your role involves client acquisition loan process facilitation and ensuring customer satisfaction contributing to the growth of the organization’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard new customers via direct outreach referrals and channel partners.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and retention.
Loan Processing: Assist clients with loan applications documentation and ensure smooth approvals and disbursements.
Market Insights: Monitor trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulatory norms and provide regular sales reports.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with 1–3 years of experience in sales/relationship management.
Strong knowledge of HL and LAP products excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to meet targets and manage client queries effectively.
