Job Description
- Develop and implement hiring strategies to meet company workforce needs.

- Bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of recruitment experience with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and technologies.
- Ability to manage largescale recruitment projects effectively.
