Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in establishing and implementing new quality standards and processes to enhance the overall service quality of our operations. You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams and ensure that our processes are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Quality Standards: Participate in the creation and implementation of new quality standards processes and guidelines to improve service delivery.
- Action Plan Development: Create detailed action plans that define processes timelines and stakeholders ensuring all aspects of the plan are clear and achievable.
- Execution and Updates: Execute action plans by identifying necessary changes to existing processes drafting subprocesses and preparing documentation for relevant stakeholders.
- Release Updated Processes: Oversee the release of updated processes by facilitating linguistic reviews obtaining stakeholder approvals coding uploading documents and announcing releases across the organization.
- Audit Scheduling and Management: Create and manage audit schedules by updating employee lists assigning dates/times and designating auditors for each auditee then distributing the finalized schedule to stakeholders.
- Conduct Audits: Perform audits by reviewing past reports conducting the audit process and sharing findings with stakeholders ensuring all feedback is integrated into ongoing improvements.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field (preferred).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong written oral presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
