Unity Communications is looking for a Call Center Manager for our Mexican team. Youll be at the forefront of crafting and executing strategies building and inspiring a topnotch team and optimizing campaigns that fuel our business growth.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies.
  • Identify target audiences create effective call scripts and establish lead qualification criteria.
  • Recruit train and coach call center agents.
  • Motivate your team to meet and exceed lead generation goals.
  • Track key metrics such as call volume conversion rates lead quality and agent productivity.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize team performance.
  • Leverage data insights to enhance leadgeneration campaigns.
  • Refine targeting and dialing strategies based on analytics.
  • Ensure agents adhere to company standards and compliance regulations.
  • Foster a positive customer experience across all interactions.
  • Oversee multiple leadgeneration campaigns across diverse channels including phone email and social media.
  • Partner with marketing teams to align leadgeneration efforts with broader marketing strategies.

What You Must Possess

  • Ability to coach agents effectively on communication techniques to engage potential customers and qualify leads.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and identifying highquality leads.
  • Capacity to interpret data identify trends and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Proven ability to inspire manage and motivate a highperforming team.
  • Familiarity with call center software dialer systems and CRM platforms.
