Job Description

Position Overview:

Seeking a passionate and driven Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic sales enablement Seismic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating customizing and optimizing Seismic features to meet the needs of our sales teams. The role requires expertise in enhancing user experience optimizing workflows and ensuring seamless access to personalized content and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

Feature Customization & Development:

    • Develop and customize Seismic features to support sales teams specific requirements.
    • Ensure personalized content delivery and efficient access to necessary resources within Seismic.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective Seismic solutions.

User Experience Enhancement:

    • Improve the Seismic user experience by refining and optimizing workflows.
    • Work to make Seismic tools intuitive userfriendly and efficient for all sales operations.
    • Implement changes to streamline navigation and reduce complexity enhancing overall content engagement.

Workflow Optimization:

    • Analyze current Seismic workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Monitor and evaluate the impact of workflow changes adjusting as needed.

Content Management & Engagement:

    • Work with content teams to ensure all materials are properly organized and easily accessible in Seismic.
    • Enhance engagement with content by employing best practices in content delivery and personalization.
    • Utilize analytics to understand content performance and make datadriven recommendations.

Sales Operations Support:

    • Act as the primary point of contact for Seismicrelated inquiries and support for sales teams.
    • Train and guide sales staff on best practices for using Seismic features effectively.
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of Seismic with other sales tools.

Required Skills:

Experience in features like Advance search integration capabilities preferably with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) Content management personalization.

Experience with data analytics tools to assess content engagement and effectiveness.

Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

AI integration knowledge is a plus

Experience in user experience (UX) design or workflow optimization is a plus.

Excellent analytical problemsolving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and drive initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in business Marketing Information Technology or a related field.

3 years of experience working with Seismic or similar sales enablement platforms.

Strong understanding of sales processes and content management strategies.
