KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Preventive Maintenance& Predictive Maintenance Planning & .
2. Breakdown Handling (Electrical and mechanical)
3. Analysis Breakdown (WhyWhy Analysis) with Route cause and Horizontally development.
4. Monthly Breakdown History Summarize and Action Plan Prepare for Repeated Breakdown.
5. Good Knowledge for Pneumatic & Hydraulic System.
6. Good Knowledge for Mechanical & Electrical Circuit Diagram.
7. Good Knowledge for CNC(Tsugami) Molding (Nissei) Press Fit & Assembly line Machine.
8. Spare part management
9. Good knowledge of Mechanical Overhauling and repair works
10. Good Knowledge Fanuc & Mitsubishi.
11. Knowledge of Robot teaching and troubleshooting.
12. People who can work positively.
