You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of applications and providing technical support to endusers. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software issues collaborating with crossfunctional teams and contributing to the improvement of system performance and stability. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to workrelated problems. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve software issues. Provide technical support to endusers and ensure timely resolution of their queries. Monitor and maintain the performance and stability of critical business systems. Identify and analyze software defects and propose solutions for improvement. Document and maintain accurate records of software issues and their resolutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance system efficiency. Assist in the implementation of software upgrades and patches. Conduct training sessions for endusers to enhance their understanding of the applications. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide recommendations for system enhancements. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Vmware Virtualization Administration. Good To Have Skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure. Strong understanding of virtualization concepts and technologies. Experience in managing and troubleshooting VMware virtualization environments. Knowledge of server hardware and storage technologies. Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols. Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues. Excellent problemsolving and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 46 years of experience in Vmware Virtualization Administration. A 15 years fulltime education is required. |
