Job Description
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner you will provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
You will be responsible for configuring services on various platforms and implementing technology at the operating systemlevel.
Your role will involve troubleshooting at both basic and intermediate levels.
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems and software products.
Configure services running on various platforms. Implement technology at the operating systemlevel.
Troubleshoot hardware/software issues. Collaborate with team members to provide solutions to workrelated problems.
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
Good To Have Skills: Experience with database performance tuning.
Strong understanding of database management systems.
Experience with backup and recovery procedures.
Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
Handson experience with Oracle RAC and Data Guard.
The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Oracle Database Administration (DBA).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
