Requirements
- 13 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Familiarity with communication industry products and services is a plus
Main Responsibilities: Take orders from customers accurately and efficiently. Call out to customers to collect their orders. Pack food for take away, ensuring all orders are correct and items are properly packaged. Handle cash transactions, credit card payments, and issue receipts. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns. Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
