Job Description

PRI is seeking a qualified Logistics Plans Quality Assurance Evaluator (2G0XX) for a potential Base Logistics Services Contract. The purpose of this role is to assess and ensure the readiness and compliance of logistics planning operations providing leadership with evaluations of critical processes. This position focuses on standardized repeatable and technically compliant execution of logistics plans to foster a culture of operational excellence and accountability.

Unless otherwise noted all duties must adhere to applicable directives and contractual agreements.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Analyze and Evaluate Processes:
    • Conduct research and data analysis to assess deficiencies in logistics plans determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
    • Develop and implement methods to measure track analyze and report performance trends and deficiencies.
  • Compliance Oversight:
    • Review and validate logistics procedures local operating instructions checklists and publications for accuracy and necessity.
    • Ensure alignment with Air Force directives and technical standards in logistics plans and operations.
  • Inspection and Auditing:
    • Perform quality evaluations safety inspections and special inspections using relevant checklists and Air Force instructions.
    • Document observations and findings in designated QA databases.
  • Training and Guidance:
    • Provide guidance and training to personnel to address identified deficiencies and ensure compliance with logistics standards.
    • Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on logistics plans for personnel evaluations and operational reviews.
  • Program Management:
    • Oversee unit selfinspection programs and manage relevant databases to track compliance.
    • Conduct periodic inspections and assessments of logistics centers and associated activities.
    • Support property inventory processes to meet contract requirements.
  • Safety and Reporting:
    • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies reporting all incidents accidents or hazardous situations promptly.
  • Liaison and Communication:
    • Attend and contribute to Quality Assurance meetings with senior leaders and stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with work centers to resolve procedural gaps or inadequacies.


Requirements

  • Mandatory:
    • Extensive background in Air Force Logistics Planning including deployment planning sustainment operations and contingency readiness.
    • Secret security clearance.
    • Proficiency in interpreting logistics data BaseLevel Support Applications and associated software tools.
    • Valid state driver s license.
  • Preferred:
    • 15 years or more of experience in Air Force logistics operations.
    • Completion of Logistics Plansrelated technical training and certification courses.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • Expertise in Air Force logistics planning processes and applicable regulations.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills both written and oral.
  • Capability to evaluate operational performance and recommend improvements.
  • Proficiency with logistics tools and software for data analysis and reporting.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including walking standing lifting up to 35 pounds and performing other physical tasks as needed.
  • Must maintain mental alertness and situational awareness at all times.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preemployment drug screening and background check.
  • Access to military installations and reliable transportation.
