Our client is a leading ecommerce platform in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Oversee the precision and punctuality of financial reports ensuring adherence to accounting standards and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with management to provide essential financial and operational insights that support strategic decisionmaking.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and prepare financial forecasts while monitoring performance against established budgets.
- Analyze expenses to identify potential costsaving opportunities and manage both operational and capital expenditures effectively.
- Design and implement internal control systems to safeguard the integrity of our financial data evaluating financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Auditing or a related discipline
- Over 8 years of experience in multinational corporations or foreign direct investment companies
- Proficiency in English
- Extensive knowledge of tax regulations and corporate financial law
- Expertise in utilizing technology tools to improve finance operations
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams
- Solid background in financial reporting budgeting and forecasting
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of key business and operational drivers
- Selfmotivated independent and experienced in team leadership
- Proven track record in process improvement and automation
- Comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and managing ambiguity
- Experience reporting to a regional headquarters is highly desirable
