Job Description
- Support cost planning and controlling for the HSE department.
- Release inventory stocktaking differences.
- Assist in preparing monthly business reports (including time schedule and task releases in Teams personnel capacity overhead costs IFRS16 etc.).
- Control resources (inventory and fixed asset stocktaking asset labeling etc.).
- Support improvement topics.
- Prepare presentations (slides marketplaces) and meeting minutes.
- Assist with other adhoc tasks as required.
Qualifications :
- Thirdyear or finalyear students majoring in Finance Accounting or Auditing commit to a fulltime 6month internship.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Being careful and accurate in dealing with numbers.
- Personality traits: Willingness to learn proactivity and being a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI or SAP is a plus.
