A Major Incident Manager with a minimum of 35 years of experience in running bridges should possess the following job description: 1. Responsibilities: a. Manage and oversee major incidents related to bridges ensuring efficient and timely resolution. b. Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders to maintain smooth communication during incidents. c. Implement ITIL best practices to improve incident management processes. d. Ensure proper stakeholder management to maintain positive relationships and effective collaboration. e. Maintain a basic understanding of cloud technologies and their impact on bridge operations. 2. Requirements: a. A minimum of 57 years of experience in managing major incidents related to bridges. b. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written for effective coordination and collaboration. c. Proficiency in ITIL framework with a preference for ITIL certification. d. Basic knowledge of cloud technologies and their implications on bridge operations. e. Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities. f. Experience in stakeholder management and maintaining positive relationships with various parties. 3. Key Skills: a. Incident management expertise particularly in bridgerelated contexts. b. Understanding and application of ITIL principles. c. Strong coordination and collaboration skills. d. Ability to manage stakeholders effectively. e. Basic understanding of cloud technologies and their relevance to bridge operations. 4. Additional Preferences: a. Certifications in incident management/ITIL. B. Knowledge of cloud and industry ITIL standards.
