MUST HAVE:
- OIM and OAM API (at least 3 years of exp)
- Angular (at least 3 years of exp)
- BPS Secure application experience (BPS Secure development experience)
Description
- Design and develop functionalities for OPS and BPS Secure changes to Administration portal and streamline the selfregistration process.
- Design and develop features to enable efficient and smooth client application integration.
- Provide full SDLC support the BPS Secure and OPS Secure application by:
- Developing technical requirements in response to business requirements;
- Creating technical designs that favour use of vanilla COTS over custom applications;
- Supporting and informing the development of architectural artefacts;
- Developing testing and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts queries views reports procedures);
- Tuning service components;
- Maintaining service components (e.g. applying/testing patches);
- Support clients across the OPS and BPS to integrate their applications with BPS Secure and OPS Secure application for identity and access management by:
- Analysing clients technical requirements designing approaches/solutions;
- Providing full SDLC support;
- Analysing and resolving problems encountered during integration; and
- Developing utilities scripts applets and reports to facilitate and automate the integration experience.
- Supporting the development testing and deployment of enhancements to BPS Secure and OPS Secure application service by:
- Providing full SDLC support per #1
- Identifying researching or promoting technological innovations;
- Demonstrating technological innovation through proofsofconcept;
- Promoting and supporting excellence in tools
- Developing requirements for tools (e.g. development code migration data migration configuration management reporting);
- Evaluating and recommending tools;
- Installing and configuring tools;
- Developing testing and deploying programmatic constructs (e.g. scripts queries views reports procedures); and
- Documenting maintenance and support requirements and procedures.
- Foster a team culture of excellence and innovation including:
- Developing or informing the development of role descriptions for the sustainment of BPS Secure and OPS Secure application. especially related to the development function;
- Developing plans for the knowledge and skills transfer to OPS employees including activities or tests to demonstrate the successful transfer of knowledge and attainment of required skills. OPS employees includes IT Source People Placement Service;
- Developing plans for the transition of sustainment functions to OPS employees; and
- Transferring knowledge to OPS employees
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Leadership in Identity and Access Management (Entrust and OIAM) 30%
- 10 years of experience with providing development support for COTS based identity and access Management systems including the following:
- At least 4 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus.
- At least 4 years of experience related to Entrust PKI products and Entrust Access Products.
- At least 4 years of experience related to implementations with over 10000 registered users
Developing and Sustaining Large Applications 30%
- 10 years of experience with designing developing deploying and sustaining large application implementations based on the following technology products:
- Web Tier: Windows Internet Information Server (IIS) IBM HTTP Server Apache Tomcat
- App Tier: IBM WebSphere Oracle Directory Server Enterprise Edition
- DB Tier: Oracle database v11g and v12
- O/S: Solaris Windows AIX and Linux.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with ITIL processes such as Service Level Management Problem Management Change Management Release Management and Capacity Management.
Problem Solving 20%
- 10 years of experience with triaging analyzing diagnosing (a.k.a troubleshooting) evaluating options and resolving application problems including the following:
- At least 4 years of experience related to Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite Plus. At least 4 years of experience related to Entrust security products
- At least 4 years related to troubleshooting problems related to nonproduction environments.
- At least 4 years related to identity and access management solutions.
Quality Control and Assurance 20%
- 10 years of experience with quality control and assurance methodologies and practices as applied to the implementation of applications with over 10000 users.
- Experience with Change Management and Release Management as processes supporting the implementation of large applications.
