Oracle Developer with Baseline security clearance Canberra and Sydney
We are seeking a skilled Oracle Developer with a strong background in Oracle environments database performance optimisation and Agile development practices. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in designing developing and maintaining highquality Oracle applications while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and maintain Oracle solutions using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Perform database performance assessments and optimisation.
- Implement and maintain high availability features of Oracle databases.
- Analyse and create complex XML XPath and XQuery statements.
- Ensure adherence to Clean Code principles and best practices in development.
- Collaborate in Agile teams demonstrating strong knowledge of Scrum SAFe or other Agile frameworks.
- Work with both structured and unstructured data to deliver effective solutions.
- Actively contribute to multiple projects problemsolving and delivering value to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 3 years of experience in Oracle application analysis design and implementation.
- Proven expertise in PL/SQL programming SQL development and query optimisation.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and maintenance.
- Experience with XML XPath and XQuery for advanced data manipulation.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and highquality delivery practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Database Certification (highly desirable).
- Experience with Scrum or SAFe Agile frameworks.
- Understanding of Oracles high availability and disaster recovery features.
- Australian Citizen with baseline security clearance
- Canberra or Sydney work location
