Job description:
As an Application Service Manager will be responsible for endtoend Service Delivery for identified SAP applications
Develop and implement service management policies processes and proceduresMonitor SAP service performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Manage service level agreements SLAs and ensure adherence to agreed standards
Plan and manage SAP Basisrelated projects including system migrations upgrades and new implementations
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP configurations processes and procedures
Oversee the installation configuration and maintenance of SAP environments ECC S4HANA BTP BW etc
Rich knowledge on SAP BTP Account management Creating sub accounts Distributing resources and service based on the sub accounts
Manage and optimize SAP system performance availability and reliability
Manage Service introductions Acceptance of a System to Service by ensuring all criterias have passed
Better Understanding of SAP and NonSAP Technology Architecture which includes Application Hardware and Middleware components
Must have good knowledge of Release Management Incident Management and Problem Management processes
Should have knowledge on service introduction to able to transition business critical projects into BAU
Collaborate with SAP functional and development teams to address technical requirements
Must have significant experience of working in a multi partner scenario and a cross culture environment
Detailed understanding of business processes in the life sciences pharmaceutical domain
Detailed understanding of Software Development Life cycle Application Life cycle Management Back up and Disaster Recovery processes
Should have experience in a validated environment and aware of GXP and SOX requirements
Should be able to drive and deliver continuous improvements through Service Improvements and Productivity improvements
To lead and facilitate LEAN process improvement in SAP service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to grasp and understand new technological trends concepts
Experience in managing a globally distributed team
ServiceNow reporting knowledge desirable
