We are seeking a dynamic BPO Hiring Champion to drive BPO voice hiring for the Mumbai region. This remote role requires an individual with a strong local presence who can deliver on ambitious hiring targets with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage endtoend BPO voice hiring for Mumbaibased clients.
Leverage local network to source and attract top BPO talent.
Meet or exceed hiring targets with a focus on quality and fit.
Requirements:
Any graduate with excellent influencing and communication skills.
Proven ability to deliver targeted hiring numbers in the BPO sector.
Strong connection with the local talent pool in Mumbai.
Ambitious stable and careeroriented.
