Job Description:
Position Profile:
Good Understanding of virtualization technology
Strong knowledge of HyperV architecture installation configuration and management.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including VLANs virtual switches and firewalls.
Familiarity with storage solutions such as SAN NAS and directattached storage (DAS).
Experience with high availability and disaster recovery solutions using HyperV.
Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery tools and practices for HyperV environments
Install configure and manage HyperV hosts clusters and virtual machines (VMs).
Set up and configure virtual networks and storage solutions to support HyperV environments.
Implement and manage high availability solutions including HyperV clustering and replication.
Continuously monitor the performance availability and security of the HyperV infrastructure.
Identify diagnose and resolve issues related to HyperV hosts VMs and related networking and storage components.
Regularly apply updates and patches to HyperV hosts and VMs to ensure system stability and security.
Experience in handle Windowsand 2019 OS versions
Experience in administration and troubleshooting of Windows servers DHCP DNS IIS ISA Antivirus services
Experience in assessing the stability security and scalability of installed Windows systems.
Experience in Installing or upgrading Windows systems and servers.
Providing technical support for staff and backend system users.
Troubleshooting system and server errors.
Reviewing system error logs and userreported errors.
Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase.
Monitoring system performance.
Experience in Installation and Configuration of Domain Controllers.
Experience in Implementation administration of Active Directory and Group Policies.
Maintaining server architecture security and creating system backups
Should be able to perform the patching of all the windows servers
Implement and manage security measures to protect virtual environments from threats and vulnerabilities including regular security assessments and audits.
Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and availability.
Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans ensuring rapid recovery and minimal downtime in the event of a failure.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of routine tasks configuration management and system monitoring.
