Position Overview
We are seeking an Estimator to assist in developing detailed estimates for a range of building projects with a special emphasis on public works projects like multifamily residential educational institutional municipal and industrial buildings. Key responsibilities include interpreting and analyzing plans specifications bid forms and other contract documents; performing accurate quantity takeoffs; thoroughly reviewing contract documents for bid submissions; and maintaining effective communication with the estimating team clients subcontractors and suppliers. Proficiency in software tools such as Bluebeam Excel Procore and Outlook is preferred. Candidates should have 35 years of experience specifically in construction estimating.
