Job Description
Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Project Estimator at PCS Inc. The Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management construction estimating communication project estimation and budgeting. Daily tasks will include analyzing project requirements and preparing accurate cost estimates.
Qualifications
- 5 years in Estimating Experience
- Experience in Selective Demolition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients vendors and team member
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong understanding of project management construction processes and financials
