Job Description
Role: Senior Cloud Data Architect with Data Warehousing experience.

Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the Design development and implementing of data warehouses in a cloud based
data environment that integrates with an overall data architecture.
Work closely with business stakeholders to interpret their data needs and translate them
into technical requirements.
Have a good understanding of data governance and develop & implement data
governance policies and procedures.
Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing data testing and validation processes.
Deploying and debugging cloud data initiatives as needed in accordance with best
practices throughout the development lifecycle.
Managing cloud data environments in accordance with company security guidelines.
Lead the design and build of reusable repeatable solutions and components for future
use.

Preferred Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 9 years experience in data architecture data modelling and data management.
Strong experience with data warehouse design development and Maintenance in a cloud
environment.
Experienced with cloudbased data platforms such as GCP and AWS.
Experience with CI/CD and automated delivery systems.
Experience architecting designing and developing data platforms on AWS and/or GCP platforms.
Database experience including knowledge of SQL and NoSQL and related data stores such as
PostgreSQL or mongoDB.
Proficient in programming languages such as Python SQL Java or C
Strong knowledge of ETL / ELT pipelines data warehousing and data modelling.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Experience with data governance and compliance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to stay focused on completing tasks and meeting
goals within a busy workspace.
Skilled at working in tandem with a team of engineer
