Job Role:: Bot Developer
Location:: Philadelphia PA 3 Days Onsite 2 days Remote
Type:: W2/Fulltime
Job Description:
Candidate is expected be hands on in web services serverside experience. You will be analyzing business requirements interact with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on Javascript Node JS and NOSQL etc. Will be a part of core development team and will be responsible for developing APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. Candidates will partner with the Kore.ai team for the development of new conversational AI virtual assistants across the various industry domains.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Will work in high traffic / realtime Enterprise apps
Will be a part of Agile Methodologies Design Patterns and Software Revision Control Systems
Will gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructure
Will work in a very innovative and creative environment
MUST HAVE SKILLS:
4 years of solid development experience and should have worked on opensource platforms
Must have strong expertise in JavaScript & Node JS
Microsoft Bot Framework Provides tools and services for building enterprisegrade bots
Experience in building IVR bots using contact centers software such as Geneys CISCO etc.
Dialogflow Googles natural language understanding platform for building conversational interfaces
Rasa Opensource machine learning framework for automated text and voicebased conversations
Botpress Opensource botbuilding platform with a visual flow editor
Skillset should have the following JSON Redis / MongoDB Web Sockets
Experience in Web Services using REST SOAP
Knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
Strong knowledge of code documentation and handover
Good Knowledge of Python AI NLP ML Gen AI Chat bots will be added advantage
OTHER SKILLS WED APPRECIATE:
Experience with git version control system
Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure
Knowledge on Linux / Unix flavors
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION:
Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications
