About the Role and Job:
Position: Production Support
Location: Toronto
Work mode : Hybrid
- Hands on experience with expertise in J2EE/Webservices Technologies (EJB Servlets JDBC JSP) Web Services (Soap RPC) STRUTS SOA Architecture SPRING and iBATIS or Hibernate framework
- Ddesigns multiapplication solutions
- Selects appropriate solutions
- Accountable for product and tool selection
- Lead and mentor/guide team
- Manage the high availability and stability of a eligibility application
- Deploy and maintain GUI based eligibility application
- Influence management to adopt new ideas products and/or approaches
- Perform proactive maintenance activities engage in automation activities and perform root cause analysis and remediation
- Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance
