JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Home Buying Specialist to join our growing team in the real estate investment industry located in Richardson TX. This person must be a sales closer with strong problemsolving and negotiation skills. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with taking risks independent confident firm and proactive. This person will need to take the initiative to get things done. Competitive and driven spirit are great fits for the team
WHAT WE OFFER
4k monthly base 5% commission on all deals. First year OTE $120k
1 week of PTO and 1 week of remote work per year on year 1

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Speak and meet with homeowners to purchase their property
Setting up seller appointments along with drafting contracts contract negotiations contract closing!
Leads are provided to you (Warm/Hot)
Assessing rehab costs and afterrepairvalue of the home
Build trust quickly in a short time brand ambassador to promote the company.
Ability to solve problems and get results. Integrity but profit minded
Understanding and updating CRM as necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
2 years of sales experience minimum
Track record of success in sales
Team player Selfstarter Approachable
Strong negotiation skills & a natural deal maker Excellent followup skills
Ability to set and close delas
Relationship building skills
Must be motivated to succeed in a competitive environment
Entrepreneurial spirit
Committed to the longterm growth of yourself and the company
Clean background check and drivers license required
