Job Description
Job Title: Home Health PT
Location: Everett WA/Snohomish County and Surrounding Areas
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: 8hr Days
Ratios: 1:1 (May visit up to 6 patients per day; 30 productivity points standard)
Years of Experience Required: 1 Year of Skilled Home Health Experience
FirstTimers Accepted: No
Weekend Requirements: No
Certificates Required: BLS
OnCall Requirements: No
Floating between units: No
Block schedule: Not available
Locals Accepted: Yes (Considered local within 5075 mile radius)
Pending License Accepted: Yes
RTO Restrictions: To be confirmed with hiring manager
Guaranteed Hours: Facility can call off UP TO one shift per pay period (every two weeks)
Special Requirements: Traveler is expected to have their own transportation. System does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time. Maximum radius of 50 miles occasionally.
