Job Title: IOS Developer
Location: Sunnyvale CA
Duration: 4 Months

Job Description:
Development of iOS applications and their integration with backend services. You will be working alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore a commitment to collaborative problem solving sophisticated design and the creation of quality products is essential.
Responsibilities:
Design and build ecommerce applications for the iOS platform
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Collaborate with a team to define design and ship new features
Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
Help maintain code quality organization and automatization
Lead and mentor junior developers
Skills:
Expert in iPhone SDK SQLite Database iPad X Code XML
JSON Parsing Location services social networking integration like Facebook twitter
Expert in Objective C programming & Swift 3 Web service and Parsing JSON/XML.
Expertise in iPhone development including implementing applications with standard iPhone/ iPad UI components creating custom UI.

Daytoday responsibilities
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams such as product management design and QA to ensure that app features are delivered on time and meet business requirements.
Writing clean efficient and welldocumented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues with the app and working with the QA team to ensure that all bugs are resolved.
Staying uptodate with the latest iOS technologies and trends and applying this knowledge to improve the app experience.
Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other engineers to ensure that the codebase is consistent and of high quality.

Additionally as an iOS engineer at Samsclub you may be responsible for:
Ensuring that all apps are optimized for performance and battery life and that they adhere to Apples design guidelines and policies.
Collaborating with other teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure that the app is aligned with the companys overall strategy and goals.
Staying uptodate with the latest security threats and vulnerabilities and taking steps to protect the app and our users data.
Participating in the development of new features and technologies and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
