IT Project Management Position
Madhapur Hyderabad Telangana
Exp: 8yrs
Shift : USEST TIME( 6.30 PM to 2.30 AM)
Were seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and oversee our technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills the ability to create compelling PowerPoint presentations and expertise in managing daily Scrum meetings for our IT department.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead IT projects from inception to completion
Facilitate daily Scrum meetings to ensure project progress
Create and deliver PowerPoint presentations to stakeholders
Manage project timelines resources and budgets. We are a deadline driven IT project minded department.
Collaborate with engineers to set and achieve project milestones
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Proficiency in PowerPoint and project management software
Experience with Agile methodologies particularly Scrum
Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
Accountability and resultsoriented mindset
Ability to effectively manage and motivate technical teams
Qualifications:
Technology Enthusiast with experience in Information Technology or related field
2 years of IT project management experience
PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
The successful candidate will be assertive in managing projects comfortable holding technical team members accountable for their tasks and milestones and adept at driving results in a fastpaced IT environment. Its critical that a candidate can be a positive person work with analytical minded people and manage some of our vendors that are dependencies on our IT project portfolio. The candidate must excel in overseeing datadriven projects and adhering to strict timelines as our IT departments success depends on meeting these critical objectives.
