Designation:Senior Manager IT sales .
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma.
- Experience: 11 to 15 years experience in IT / ITES / Corporate Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proven working experience as a business development manager senior sales executive or a relevant role with evident track record and result oriented approach.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of B2B sales processes Presales Sales Closure Sales Selling techniques etc.
- Ability to build rapport ace time management and planning skills.
- Candidates in constant liaison and engagements with large IT companies and corporates would be preferred.
- Develop sales growth strategies focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange and handle business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives
- Build longterm relationships with new and existing customers
- Should have prior experience in handling a team. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
- Provide support and guidance to the sales team in meeting their objectives.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Experience in implementing Hardware (Added advantage)
Experience handling team/Branch.
