Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Inside Sales Representative with a strong background in selling AEM product suites eCommerce platforms or working in product companies. The ideal candidate is a gogetter with a salesy mindset excellent conversational skills and a proven track record in driving sales success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify qualify and develop sales opportunities through outbound calls emails and other communication channels.
- Focus on selling AEM product suites or eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud Hybris ATG Shopify Commerce Tools HCL Commerce or Magento.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients understanding their business needs and positioning relevant solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits of the solutions offered.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and a positive customer experience.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Stay updated with industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to provide strategic sales insights.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales preferably in product companies or selling AEM product suites and eCommerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud Hybris ATG Shopify Commerce Tools HCL Commerce or Magento.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong sales acumen with a gogetter attitude and a selfmotivated approach.
- Excellent conversational and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with potential clients quickly.
- Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a fastpaced highgrowth sales environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing content management and eCommerce strategies.
- Knowledge of the sales cycle for SaaS products and enterpriselevel solutions.
