Description/Comment:
Candidate should possess mastery of Excel Macro skills which is crucial for data analysis especially for handling datasets performing quick analyses and creating pivot tables and charts.
Role involves filtering the data handling missing values and preparing the dataset for analysis to ensure accuracy and relevance.
Transform raw data into structured information and analyze data identifying patterns relationships and trends
Prepare reports and presentations to communicate the insights and findings from the data to stakeholders which can influence decisionmaking processes

Education: Post Graduate preferred.
Work Experience: 1 year2 years of relevant work experience. Knowledge or Skills Requirements:
Good understanding of the companys business objectives and organizational structure
Good understanding of recruiting processes and procedures
Basic understanding of recruiting or sourcing processes and organization and tools
Good understanding documents
Good understanding of the external marketplace or trends
Data analysis experience
Analytical skills
Good team player
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Must Have: Volume Handling Exp.
