Key Responsibilities:
Facility Management:
Oversee the daily operations of the facility to ensure functionality comfort safety and efficiency.
Manage the maintenance repair and upkeep of the facility including HVAC plumbing electrical systems and other infrastructure.
Building Management Systems (BMS):
Monitor and manage BMS to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to BMS promptly.
Fire Fighting/First Aid:
Ensure that all fire fighting equipment and first aid kits are operational and accessible.
Conduct regular fire drills and first aid training sessions for staff.
Liaise with fire safety officers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
CCTV and Security Management:
Oversee the installation operation and maintenance of CCTV cameras and security systems.
Monitor security systems and respond to incidents or breaches in security.
Liaison with Government Bodies:
Maintain strong relationships with local government bodies and regulatory agencies.
Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations.
Handle permits licenses inspections and any legal documentation related to facility management.
Vendor and Contractor Management:
Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for facility services and supplies.
Negotiate contracts and oversee service level agreements to ensure quality and costeffectiveness.
Budget Management:
Develop and manage the facilitys budget including expenses for maintenance repairs utilities & stationeries.
Identify costsaving opportunities and implement measures to reduce operational costs.
Staff Management:
Supervise and support facility staff including maintenance workers security personnel and cleaning staff.
Conduct performance reviews provide training and ensure staff adherence to safety and operational procedures.
